Transmission Options Task Force (TOTF)

The TOTF is a forum for stakeholders to provide input to the Planning Authorities (PAs) conducting the Phase II analysis. Each stakeholder sector is allowed 1-2 representatives on the TOTF (except for the States, which are allowed 3-6 representatives). A number of the PAs themselves are also members of the TOTF.
